We are operating in two different locations in West (Grange Clinic) and in South (Windermere Clinic).
Please make sure to book the appointment in right location.
Please note: Chiropractic Senior rate: 65 year old or over / Chiropractic Child rate: Under 18 year old
**New Patient**
If this is you are a NEW PATIENT to our clinic, please arrive 15 minutes earlier for filling out the intake form.
(Please note that you need to fill out individual intake form for chiropractic, massage, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy treatment.)
**Cancellation / No Show Policy**
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A late cancellation or missed visit is hard to be filled by another patient.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, 50% penalty will be charged.
Please note that by booking on our website, you are agreeing to the cancellation / no show policy.
